These Terms govern your use of the LocalLink platform. By using LocalLink, you agree to these Terms.
LocalLink is a marketplace connecting customers with independent businesses. We do not provide services and do not employ service providers.
LocalLink is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services provided by businesses. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the business.
Bookings form a direct agreement between customer and business. Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or Apple. LocalLink is not a party to these transactions.
Subscriptions may be offered within the app. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual businesses. LocalLink does not guarantee or process refunds.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws, licensing, insurance, and safety requirements.
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee availability. Features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
LocalLink is not liable for failures caused by events outside our control, including outages, natural events, or third-party service failures.
You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in unlawful or abusive behaviour.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
